Cass, this is so incredibly beautiful. You have articulated the way gardens make us feel, the way they can hold and restore us, so perfectly. This piece had such an emotional effect on me, more than I can find the words for right now. Thank you so much for sharing it. I know this is the beginning of an amazing future for you x 💚🌿
I really appreciate your comments Jane. I’ve done what I set out to do after reading this. It’s exciting and nerve wracking setting out to explore and play but I’m hoping to pollinate the world with new ideas and love for the ground. Starting small, thinking big and letting the plants make the statement 🌱
Wow Cass!!! How lucky to have a private session with Jo!!! I went to the Open Garden with the hundreds of other people, and wished secretly I could have a wonder around solo. I love this bit of writing about people reconnecting with themselves through gardening. And, I guess this has happened to me. I started gardening during the 2020 lockdown. But, in the years that have followed 2020, the garden has helped me in so many ways. And, like you have realised that this has happened to other people, so it was so nice to read your words.

Thanks for replying Rebecca. It means the world to me. If I can help just one person then my job here is done 😊
Brilliant Cass. What a beautiful piece. 💕

Thank you Jen. It’s a mighty mission, but meaningful 🌱
